Lilia Temple knows healthy food. For nearly 30 years, the Culinary Institute of America-trained chef has been developing “better for you” recipes and critiquing a wide range of food products in America’s top test kitchens.

Now she’s joining forces with Quorn to create a wide variety of delicious, healthy meals you can whip up in a snap and on a budget. Healthy Chef Lilia has a recipe for every season and occasion, so be sure to check in regularly for her featured dishes and personal cooking tips.

In addition to developing recipes and testing food, Healthy Chef Lilia is a food stylist, TV culinary spokesperson and catering consultant.
