Get Grilling With Quorn

Here are two great recipies to add some flavour and spice to your BBQ routine

 

Honey Lime Ginger Glaze 


Ingredients-


(4 servings)


1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup finely grated lime peel
1/4 cup honey
2 ½ Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
1½ cup sliced shallots (about 6 large)

1 package Quorn Turk’y Burgers or Quorn Naked Chik’n Cutlets


Instructions-

Whisk glaze ingredients together in a bowl; set aside.

Follow Quorn package cooking directions, replacing oil with glaze and repeat brushing halfway through cooking.
 


Spicy BBQ rub 


Ingredients-


(4 servings)


2 Tbsp smoky Spanish paprika
2 Tbsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tsp oregano, crushed

1 package Quorn Turk’y Burgers or Quorn Naked Chik’n Cutlets


Instructions-

Mix all ingredients in a bowl; set aside.

Follow Quorn package cooking directions. After brushing burgers/cutlets with oil, coat both sides with BBQ Rub and continue cooking.

Save any remaining rub in an air-tight container.
