Healthy Chef Honey Lime Ginger Glaze

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients-

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup finely grated lime peel

1/4 cup honey

2 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 cup sliced shallots (about 6 large)

 

1 package Quorn Turk'y Burgers or Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets

 

Whisk glaze ingredients together in a bowl; set aside.  Follow Quorn package cooking directions, replacing oil with glaze and repeat brushing halfway through cooking.
