GLAZED HOLIDAY "MEAT" BALLS

Healthy Chef Lilia’s cost-cutting tip: Since this recipe is so economical & fast to prepare, it also works well as a main dish any day of the week. Simply serve over a bed of vegetable fried rice and you're all set!
Ingredients-
Prep time- 5 minutes
Cook time - 15-20 minutes
Makes about 5-6 appetizer servings
1/4 cup grape jelly
1/4 cup prepared chili sauce
2 tsp. country-style grainy mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (or a couple of dashes of hot pepper sauce, to taste)
1 pkg. (10.6 oz.) Quorn Meatless Meatballs, cooked as per package directions.
Instructions-
1) Mix jelly, chili sauce, mustard & pepper in 2 qt. saucepot. Bring to a simmer over Medium heat, stirring constantly until well blended.
2) Stir in hot Meatless Meatballs. Toss well to completely coat.
3) Serve immediately, or place in chaffing dish & keep warm on a buffet.
* This recipe can be doubled for a crowd.
** To make this recipe "kid friendly", simply omit the cayenne pepper (or hot pepper sauce).
