Fresh fruit and tangy Greek yogurt make an unexpectedly tasty "relish: for your grilled Turk'y burgers.
GRILLED TURK'Y BURGER WITH FRESH FRUIT RELISH
Makes 2 servings
Prep time - 15 min.
Cook time - 15 min.
Ingredients-
Fresh Fruit Relish-
1/4 cup diced peaches or nectarines
1/4 cup raspeberries
1/4 cup diced strawberries
1/4 cup sliced red seedless grapes
1/2 tsp. fresh, chopped tarragon
2 Tbsp. Greek-style plain yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. agave nectar
2 Quorn Turk'y Burgers
2 leaves bib or Boston lettuce
2 brioche rolls, split
4 slives brie cheese (about 2 oz.)
Directions -
1) Place all fruit relish ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss well to combine, Cover; refrigerate until ready to use.
2) Cook burgers as per package directions.
3) To assemble each sandwich, place 1 of the lettuce leaves onto bottom half of 1 of the buns. Top with 1 of the cooked burgers, 2 sliced of the brie and a heaping scoop of the relish. Cover with 1 of the roll tops. Repeat to make the second sandwich.
TIP -
* Agave nectar is available at most specialty grocery stores & health food stores. If you can't find agave nectar, you may use honey instead.
* Just about any combo of your favorite fresh summer fruits and/or berries may be substituted in the relish.
