Makes 4 servings
Ingredients-
2 Tbsp smoky Spanish paprika
2 Tbsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 tsp oregano, crushed
1 package Quorn Turk'y Burgers or Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets
Mix all ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Follow Quorn package cooking directions. After brushing burgers/cutlets with oil, coat both sides with BBQ Rub and continue cooking. save any remaining rub in an air-tight container.
