Char-Grilled Indian Tikka Salad

Put your cooking skills to good use with this fantastic recipe using Quorn Tenders

Let's Cook!

  1. Mix together the prepared Tikka Masala Paste and yogurt. Add 2 Tbsp. water to thin the paste slightly.
  2. Thread the Quorn Tenders onto four metal skewers, alternating with the lime wedges and brush with the Tikka Masala Paste mixture. 
  3. Pre-heat the grill to a medium setting and place the skewers on a grill rack.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the Quorn pieces are piping hot. 
  5. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl and serve with the cooked Quorn Tenders.

Ingredients

1 pkg. Quorn Tenders
3 Tbsp. prepared Tikka Masala Paste
5 1/4 oz fat free Greek Yogurt
1 lime cut into 8 wedges
Juice of 1 lime

For the salad:

1 red pepper, deseeded, griddled
2 celery sticks, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
6oz bag mixed salad leaves
