Quorn™ Croustades

Let's Cook!

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine 1/3 cup of the oil and vinegar in medium bowl. Stir in Quorn™ Tenders and chopped basil. Cover, refrigerate ½ hour to marinate. 
  3. Brush top side of each slice of bread with remaining oil; evenly top with tomato, Quorn™ mixture, olives and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Place on baking sheet; bake 10-12 min, or until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired. Serve warm.

½ cup olive oil, divided
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1½ cups Quorn™ Tenders, thawed
3 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
8 1-inch thick, slices Italian bread
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
½ cup canned black olives, drained
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper, to taste
fresh basil to garnish
