Speedy Quorn™ Pizza

Great tasting Greek-style pizza

Let's Cook!

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Combine Quorn™ Tenders, 3 Tbsp. of the olive oil, garlic, half of the thyme, salt and pepper in large bowl. Mix well; cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes to marinate. 
  3. Place marinated Quorn™ mixture in large sauté pan over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until Quorn™ Tenders are lightly browned (being careful not to burn the garlic). 
  4. Lightly brush pizza crust with remaining olive oil. Evenly top crust with Quorn™, onion, tomato, red pepper and olives. Sprinkle with remaining thyme. Place on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until crust is heated through and crisped

1½ cups Quorn Tenders
¼ cup olive oil, divided
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme, chopped (or 1½ tsp. dried), divided
salt & pepper, to taste
1 med. red onion, thinly sliced
1½ cups tomatoes, chopped
1 (10-12 inch diameter) prepared pizza crust
1 roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
12 pitted Kalamata olives
