Quorn Meatless & Gluten-Free Flatbread with Walnuts & Pear
This cauliflower-crust pizza topped with Quorn Meatless Pieces, savory cheese and sweet pear is a deliciously healthy treat for the whole family

Ingredients
1 package Quorn Meatless Pieces
2 pears, thinly sliced
2-3 cups ricotta or other creamy cheese of your choice
1 cup walnuts
4 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper
Fresh Oregano
Vegetable or Coconut Oil for frying
FOR THE PIZZA BASE
1 head cauliflower
½ cup grated vegetarian Parmesan
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Sauté the Quorn Meatless Pieces over medium heat in a little bit of oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Blitz the cauliflower in a food processer until grit-like in texture. Mix the cauliflower, grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. (This will be the dough)
Press the dough into 4 round pizza crusts on two baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake on the bottom rack for 10-15 minutes.
Add the toppings on the pizzas: Quorn Meatless Pieces, pears, cheese, walnuts and honey. Season with salt & pepper and garnish with fresh oregano. Bake for another 10 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
