Quorn Meatless Garlic Chicken & White Bean Salad

This delicious, hearty, and easy-to-make salad makes a perfect afternoon lunch filled with nutrients and protein.


  • 1 packet frozen Quorn Garlic and Herb Chik'n Cutlets
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Zest of lemon
  • 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze


  1. Cook frozen Quorn Garlic & Herb Chik'n Cutlets, following packet directions. Cut in half diagonally.
  2. Combine beans, tomato, onion and zest.
  3. Place a small bed of spinach on serving plates, top with bean salad, sliced cutlets and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
