Why not try this lightly spiced family favorite with Quorn meat free Grounds?

Ingredients

  • 12oz Quorn Meat Free Grounds
  • 1 tsb. vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 peeled garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbs. ground paprika
  • 1 tbs. chili powder
  • 14oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbs. tomato paste
  • 1 tbs. vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbs. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 4-6 flour tortillas
  • 7oz grated Cheddar cheese

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium heat and saute the onion for 5 minutes untiul softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Quorn Grounds, spcies, tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetarian Worcerstershire sauce. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste and stir in the cilantro.

Season to taste and stir in the cilantro.
4. Place a tortilla on a lightly greased baking sheet and spoon over a portion of the Grounds mix and a hanful of cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Cut into quarters and serve with salad leaves and sour cream.
