Quorn Meatless Quiche Lorraine

The perfect vegetarian spin on this French-favorite brunch recipe. Keep in the fridge for a quick weekday breakfast or serve warm with friends and family for summer brunch.


  • 4 Quorn Bacon-Style Slices, defrosted and chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetarian cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 frozen pie crust, thawed
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Beat the eggs with the milk, stir in chopped Quorn Bacon-Style Slices. Add seasoning and grated cheese.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the pie crust and bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 375° and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until set & golden brown. The filling may puff up a bit but will settle upon cooling.
Serve hot or cold
