Quorn products provide better protein for both you and the planet. Our great tasting products are perfect if you’re looking to cut your meat intake and they have plenty of benefits and versatility.

Nutritional Benefits

Our Meatless and Soy Free products contain an innovative ingredient – Quorn's mycoprotein – that is packed with protein. Our products are high in fiber, and low in saturated fat, too. It gives all of our products a remarkably meat-like structure, texture and consistency, and what’s more, helps you to make great tasting meals.

Quorn's mycoprotein contains all nine essential amino acids (EAAs) and has been found to have a similar protein quality to milk protein, a typical animal source of dietary protein. A study conducted in 20 resistance trained, healthy young males found that Quorn's mycoprotein stimulated resting and post-exercise muscle protein synthesis rates to a greater extent than milk protein. This data suggests Quorn's mycoprotein has potential as an effective alternative dietary protein source to support post exercise muscle tissue synthesis.*

Eating Well with Quorn

Quorn is great as part of a balanced lifestyle and diet. Various athletes eat Quorn during training, finding benefits from their favorite products due to the fiber and protein content with low amounts of saturated fats.

Protein contributes to the growth in and maintenance of muscle mass. Quorn Meatless Pieces and Quorn Meatless Grounds are a nutritionally healthy source of protein. Both of these products absorb flavors well and can be used in your favorite recipes from tacos to stir frys to salads.
