Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

Place a small skillet over a medium heat. Preheat 1 tbsp oil, add the Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties. Cook for 8 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown and piping hot.
MICROWAVE 1000W 5 MINS
Place 3 Quorn Meatless Breakfast Patties on a microwave safe plate, cover with plastic film and pierce. Heat on high for 3 minutes flipping half way. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. CAUTION: Plate and Patties will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic film. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.
