Pre-heat oven and baking sheet to 400°F. Cut film to vent. Place Quorn Meatless Parmigiana on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove film. Return to oven and bake for a further 10 minutes.

Cut film to vent. Place Quorn Meatless Parmigiana directly into the microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove film lid, stir and recover. Heat on high for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
