FOR THE BURGER

  • 4 Quorn Gourmet Burgers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 head romaine or iceburg lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced SALSA
  • 200g tomatoes, de-seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Seasoning GUACAMOLE
