  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg (10.5 oz) Quorn Tenders
  • 4 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 green onions, sliced
