Quorn Meatless Meatballs are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Quorn Meatless Meatballs to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally for 18 minutes or until meatballs are golden brown and thoroughly heated. Once heated, Meatless Meatballs can be served or carefully added to sauce.
