Quorn Meatless Meatballs are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

STOVE TOP 18 MIN

Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add Quorn Meatless Meatballs, stirring occasionally. Cook for 18 minutes, until golden brown and piping hot.

MICROWAVE 1000W 3 MIN 30 SEC

Place 7 Quorn Meatless Meatballs on a microwavable plate. Cook on high 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

CAUTION: Plate and Meatballs will be hot. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.
