Quorn Meatless Pieces are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Pieces reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Pieces into a sauté pan. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 12 minutes, or until Quorn Meatless Pieces are thoroughly heated.

Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Pieces into a microwave safe bowl, add 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 3 minutes, stir, heat for 3 minutes more. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
