Quorn Vegan Meatless Fillets are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Fillets reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

Place 2 Quorn Meatless Fillets and your favorite sauce in to a skillet. Simmer on a medium heat for 12 minutes turning frequently.
(microwave) 1000W 3 MIN 45 SEC
Place 1 Quorn Meatless Fillet on a microwave safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat on high 1 minute 45 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
CAUTION: Fillets and plate will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.
