Quorn Vegan Meatless Fillets are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Fillets reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

(stove-sauce) TOP 12 MIN

Place Quorn Vegan ChiQin Fillets in a pan with your favorite sauce. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes flipping fillets frequently.

(stove-oil) 10 MIN

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Quorn Meatless ChiQin Fillets to skillet and cook, flipping occasionally for 10 minutes or until fillets are golden brown and thoroughly heated.
