Quorn Fishless Sticks are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
Ensure Quorn Fishless Sticks reach an internal temperature of 165° For above before serving. For best results, cook in the OVEN.
OVEN 15 MIN
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Quorn Fishless Sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
MICROWAVE 1000W 3 MIN 30 SEC
Line a microwave safe plate with two layers of paper towel. Place 5 Quorn Fishless Sticks in a single layer. Heat on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
CAUTION: Plate and Fishless Sticks will be hot. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.

When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like shepherds pie, spaghetti, curry and chili, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept cool in the fridge and are eaten within 48 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily re-freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
