Quorn Vegan Meatless Pieces are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Vegan Meatless Pieces reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.
STOVE TOP 12 MIN
Pour 1 bag Quorn Vegan Meatless Pieces in a sauté pan. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 12 minutes, or until Quorn Vegan Meatless Pieces are thoroughly heated.
MICROWAVE 1000W 6 MIN 30 SEC
Pour 1 bag Quorn Vegan Meatless Pieces in to a microwave safe bowl, add 2 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 4 minutes 30 seconds, stir, halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
CAUTION: Bowl may be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage used.

When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like shepherds pie, spaghetti, curry and chili, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept cool in the fridge and are eaten within 24 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily re-freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
