Quick & Easy Quorn Meatless Spaghetti Bolognese

Try this quick and easy version of a classic family favorite with your Quorn Meat-Free Grounds


  • 12oz Bag Quorn Meat Free Grounds
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, cleaned and diced 
  • 2 tbs. sundried tomato pesto
  • 2 cups strained unsalted tomatoes or canned crushed tomaotes 
  • 1 tbs. vegetarian worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs. tomato paste
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lb 4 oz fresh spaghetti (or approximately 1 lb dried pasta)
  • vegetarian hard cheese of your choice, grated to serve (optional)


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook over a mdeium/high heat for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently.
2. Increase the heat, add the Quorn Grounds, pesto, tomato, veegtarian Worcestershire Sauce, vegetable broth, tomato paste and oregano. Stir well, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the fresh spaghetti according to the pack instructions.
4. Season to taste and top with the grated cheese.
