Quorn Grounds are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Grounds reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving.

Quorn Grounds are deliciously versatile and can be used in place of ground beef, turkey, or chicken in all your favorite recipes. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate.

In Sauce: Pour 1 bag of Quorn Grounds in a pan and add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10-12 minutes or until Quorn Grounds are thoroughly heated.

In Oil: Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour one bag of Quorn Grounds to skillet and season with desired flavors (ex. Taco). Cook, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
