  • 1 package Quorn Meatless Pieces
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cups ricotta or other creamy cheese of your choice
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Vegetable or Coconut Oil for frying


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ½ cup grated vegetarian Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sauté the Quorn Meatless Pieces over medium heat in a little bit of oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blitz the cauliflower in a food processer until grit-like in texture. Mix the cauliflower, grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. (This will be the dough)
  4. Press the dough into 4 round pizza crusts on two baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake on the bottom rack for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add the toppings on the pizzas: Quorn Meatless Pieces, pears, cheese, walnuts and honey. Season with salt & pepper and garnish with fresh oregano. Bake for another 10 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
