Quorn Meatless Fillets are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging.
Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Fillets reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the STOVE TOP.

Place a large skillet over a medium heat. Preheat 2 tbsp oil, add Quorn Meatless Fillets and cook, flipping occasionally for 8 minutes until golden brown and piping hot.
(microwave) 1000W 4 MIN
Place 1 Quorn Meatless Fillet on a microwave safe plate.Add 1 tbsp of water, cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. For 2 Fillets, heat for 3 minutes and allow to stand for 2 minutes. CAUTION: Plate and fillet will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage.

Yes, you can freeze Quorn once it has been cooked. As long as your meal is cold before freezing and all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can keep it in the freezer for up to a month.
