Quorn Meatless Roast is NOT ready to eat and requires further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove box and plastic tray. Ensure Quorn Meatless Roast reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving.
OVEN 60 MIN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pierce the film 4 times. Do not remove film. Place on a parchment or foil covered baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Remove film CAREFULLY.
CAUTION: End clips will be hot.
OVEN 55 MIN FROM THAWED
Thaw Quorn Meatless Roast in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 425°F. Pierce the film 4 times. Do not remove film. Place on a parchment or foil covered baking sheet and bake for 55 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Remove film CAREFULLY.
CAUTION: End clips will be hot. Always cook thoroughly.

Quorn Meatless Grounds are safe for consumption by those on a gluten-free diet and have been tested to contain <20ppm gluten. However as Quorn Grounds contain a gluten-derived ingredient (roasted barley malt extract), the FDA prohibits this product from being labeled as gluten-free despite the finished product containing less than 20ppm gluten.
When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like shepherds pie, spaghetti, curry and chili, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept cool in the fridge and are eaten within 48 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily re-freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
