Quorn Meatless Chicken Parm Poppers

  • 12 Quorn Chik'n Nuggets
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pesto
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Bake the Quorn Chik'n Nuggets according to the box directions for 15-20 minutes at 425F
  2. Meanwhile, spread about a teaspoon of pesto on each slice of baguette
  3. When the Quorn Chik'n Nuggets are finished, remove them from the oven, stack them on a slice of baguette, top with a teaspoon of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and serve warm
