Easy Quorn Meatless Stroganoff

Whip up this quick and easy stroganoff, made healthy with Quorn Meatless Chik'n Tenders. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or Sunday brunch.


  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lg. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 cups Quorn Chicken-Style Tenders
  • 1 cup vegetable broth, divided
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1-2 Tbsp. wholegrain or Dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Heat oil in large saut pan over MED.-HIGH heat. Add onion; cook 3-5 minutes or until softened.
  2. Add mushrooms, thyme and Quorn. Saut 3 -4 minutes until mushrooms softened.
  3. Stir in cup of the vegetable broth, paprika and mustard. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining vegetable broth; stir into Quorn mixture. Continue simmering, while stirring until sauce thickens. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in yogurt. Serve with rice and green beans, if desired.
