Quorn Meatless Chicken with Mushroom and Wine Sauce

This easy weeknight dinner is simple yet sure to impress.


  • 2 Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1 cup small button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbs. tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the onion for 5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes more. Add the wine, tomato puree and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add thyme to the skillet, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Then increase the heat and cook on high for 5 minutes to reduce the liquid and concentrate the flavor.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and saute the Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets for 8-10 minutes turning frequently until golden brown. Remove from skillet and add to the sauce.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and green vegetables or over pasta.
