Quorn Meatless Bolognese Pizza

This tasty Quorn Meat-Free Grounds Pizza is an all round family favorite, quick and eay to prepare it is sure to be a winner


  • 12 oz  Bag of Quorn Grounds
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 peeled garlic clove, minced
  • 15 oz can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbs. all purpose flour
  • 3 tbs. tomato paste
  • 3 tbs. sundried tomato pesto
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbs. tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbs. vegetarian Mozzarella, grated
  • 3 tbs. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbs. fresh basil leaves, shredded
  • Seasoning
  • 2 large ready made pizza crusts 


1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute the onion and carrot for 6-7 minutes until soft, add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.  
3. Add the Quorn Grounds, flour, tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable broth, oregano and seasoning. Bring to the boil then cook on a medium to low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the basil.
4. Spread the pesto over the pizza crusts and then top with the Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheeses over and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
